Suzaku and Euphemia from Code Geass.

Spent a lot more time on this than I usually do, at least 12 hours from initial sketch to finish. The sketch really bugged me at first, especially Suzaku (...can'tdrawmen ;_; ), so I spent a lot longer trying to perfect it. I really wanted to try something different with the coloring - actually, I've used this type of shading a couple times before, but it's been a while. It takes a lot longer than cell/gradient shading, but I'm always really pleased with how it turns out.

actually, euphie's facial expression is very much like some of the ones you did for a few of our pics. :nod: it's neat how it reminded me of that. just means you did a good job.
suzaku's face is borderline rapezaku, but not quite. ;)
but yeah, this is a really nice picture, leaves a fun fluffy feeling in the ol stomach haha!
and i have to say, the grass is amazingly done as well.
